以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能取得的突破，将极大地改变世界经济发展模式：一方面，驱动数字领域投资需求快速增长，创造数字经济消费巨大空间；另一方面，将极大改变产出的组织方式和消费模式。数字经济创新成为经济增长的核心驱动力，数字经济本身形成超长产业链，带动各行业各领域转型升级。
这是人类社会又一次经历充满挑战的新革命，各国特别是主要经济体应秉承人类命运共同体的理念，加强合作，发展好、运用好、驾驭好人工智能这一具备无限潜力又潜藏巨大未知风险的新质生产力。
Breakthroughs in generative AI represented by ChatGPTwill greatly change the world’s economic model. On the one hand, theywill drive the rapid growth of investment demand in the digital field,creating immense growth potential for digital economic consumption. Onthe second, they will significantly change production organization andconsumption patterns. Digital economic innovation has become a coredriver of economic growth, and the digital economy itself has formed anultra-long industrial chain, driving the transformation and upgrading ofvarious sectors and fields.
This is another new revolution full of challenges for humansociety. All countries, especially major economies, should upholdthe concept of a community with a shared future for mankindand strengthen cooperation to ensure the optimal development,utilization and control of AI, which is a new quality productive forceswith unlimited potential and huge unknown risks.
